In the aftermath of the 2020 election, we created DCI to rebuild the center of the political spectrum. Initially focusing on bipartisan legislative efforts in Congress, DCI successfully pushed for the inclusion of a stock buybacks tax in the Build Back Better Plan. This policy eventually played a key role in the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act.

Since then, DCI has evolved into an agile organization working to get moderate democrats elected across the nation through its outreach arm, Get Out The Vote PAC. Read our story to learn more about our impactful work.
